Is Lodging Available?

This isn't necessary for every house show - but if major distances are needed to get to the venue/space where the show will happen will there be accommodations available? Such as a Hotel/AirBnb - or just a guest room?

Funding For The Show/Pay:

Prices of a house show could take many different paths. Different things come into consideration when setting up a show: travel, size of group, whether a PA would be needed, length of show, whether lodging will be provided, etc... A price will be created and shared with you when we have all the information. What is the normal range you may be asking? It has a range of 500$ - 2000$ depending on factors laid out in this form. But don't worry! We are willing to work within your budgets if these seems a bit out of your range. There are options as well of suggested donations and tickets. All this can be worked out with you as we know more. ** To reserve a date we will ask that a 200$ deposit be made ** * Let us know what option works best for you below*

Option 1: All is covered and you agree to cover the guarantee

Option 2: I'm not too sure , but can we chat and work something out?

Option 3: I think we have half the invoiced fee we would just need to ask for suggested donations/tickets.

Cancelation Policy

You have to cancel!? OH NO! We get it - things happen! If you cancel 2 weeks or more out from the date we will work with you to refund your deposit and any invoiced fee paid. If for some reason you cancel 2 weeks or closer to the show we will request that you pay 50% of the invoiced fee for the show. We will work hard to work with you if anything like this happens.
